Work & Travel Canada
The Smaller Earth Work and Travel Canada program offers you the opportunity to gain international work experience anywhere in Canada and earn money to travel for up to 12 months. This the the most flexible option where you find your own job and accommodation once your arrive in Canada.
Our two offices, Toronto and Vancouver, will serve as your arrival point into Canada where you will attend an orientation which includes a night in a youth hostel and help in getting your SIN number and setting up your bank account. You will be assigned a dedicated advisor who will assist you with finding accomodation plus you will have access to our 'Hot Jobs' database with over 200 jobs available on a daily basis. This allows you to start work almost immediately so you can settle in and begin your awesome year in Canada.
Throughout your whole stay you will be given full support from your advisor through our Canadian Partner. This will include:
- Free weekly CV writing workshop
- Access to 'hot jobs' list and use of computer lab
- Useful list of accommodation websites
- Free phone numbers for general enquiries, support and emergencies
- Social activities, Brochures, Maps, Tours and much more…
Work & Travel Canada
Smaller Earth and our Canadian partner will provide full support before you depart, upon arrival and during your trip. Simply sign up today, choose when you want to go and we will provide you with the visa paperwork and assist you in getting the correct visa. Once you have the visa we will coordinate your arrival and sign you up for an orientation. It's that simple!

- Only a certain number of Working Holiday visas are allocated to each participating country and these are often filled by April!

Eligibility
- Aged between 19 -30 Years Old
- Citizen of country participating in Canadian Working Holiday Visa Program
- Have a high command of the English Language both oral and written
- Possess a valid UK or Irish passport
- Be positive, friendly, committed and have some practical work experience
- Not a repeat applicant – you can't have had a Canadian work visa already.
Salary & Accommodation
One nights accommdation in Vancouver is provided after which you will need to find your own accommodation. You'll will be given an Orientation package which will include names and details of various Youth Hostels and the best places to find accommodation listings.Your wages will be dependant upon the industry and your experience.
