How to apply
Applying for any Smaller Earth program is easy. Once you've selected your trip, simply click 'apply' and fill out the online application form. You can save your application and come back to it later, or request a call back at any stage and our experienced and friendly team member will guide you through the process.
The application form is designed to give you the opportunity to tell us about who you are and how you can make a difference. The information you enter will also help us secure your acceptance onto your chosen project. Once you have submitted your completed application form, one of our team members will call you to confirm the details and answer any questions you may have.
You'll then have access to several online tools, including a document download. This allows you to obtain essential documents for your trip, such as medical and police check information, which you can complete and submit online.
Before you are accepted onto your program, you'll be asked to pay a deposit of approximately 20% of the program cost to secure your place
Whatever program you apply for, the important thing is to apply early, giving you the maximum amount of time to prepare for your trip. Starting an application does not commit you to a program, so you have nothing to lose by beginning an application and registering your interest.
